Field Marketing Executive

This position is to perform Field Marketing Manager to major focus on vertical marketing initiative and Lead management optimize.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Build market intelligence of the segment: overall trends, eco-system, segmentation and size, customer and buyer types & their journey, competitors and our positioning
  • Define the Go-To-Market strategy and contribute to In-China-For-China strategy, assess the execution in your segment.
  • Manage the end-to-end lead process, constantly looking at ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel by e.g. developing nurturing process to turns prospects into customers and upsell or cross sell existing customers on new solutions & services. 
  • Create a differentiating segment portfolio with its value propositions, across hardware, software & services, based upon customer problems/needs and Barco right to play and win.
  • Identify the key target audience for the value propositions. Provide insights of personas. Be a driver to create roadmaps and business cases for new value proposition in your segment
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Segment Marketing and China Sales team, sharing information and best practices.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing colleagues in building targeted strong marketing campaigns and messaging, support on events, conferences and trade shows.



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree/MBA preferred
  • + 10 years of experience in Segment or Strategic Marketing
  • MNC or Consultant firm background are preferred
  • Fast thinker with solid strategic insights
  • Strong business acumen; customer- and market driven orientation
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Pragmatic, energetic, self-starting leader and highly motivated achiever
