Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst - Enterprise & Services


We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst– Enterprise & Services who will be responsible for supporting key operational activities for the Enterprise & Services business within the Americas organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate as the operational business partner for the Enterprise & Services VPs by assessing current operations performance and processes across Americas Enterprise & Services organization and find areas and implement changes that drive improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Work closely with your operations counterparts to deliver optimal operations coverage and engagement across both front end (Sales Operations) and back end (Customer Operations) elements of the Enterprise & Services business.
  • Actively manage the Enterprise & Services pipeline and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.  This may include contacting sellers, partners, and other stakeholders to gather the required information.
  • Act as a supporting contact point for partners, to enable a successful relationship.  This includes any activities surrounding deal registrations, providing product information, and acting as a conduit to other parts of the business.
  • An active member of Americas Enterprise & Services organizations – providing input, coordination, and help lead and drive cross-organizational initiatives as defined by the VPs of Enterprise & Services.
  • Handle escalation of issues from customers, sales, partners, or internal contacts and organizes assistance from other parts of the organization as requested by the Enterprise & Services VPs and as appropriate.
  • Works across Americas organization – all functions – including Marketing, Sales, and Services to improve operational efficiency and improved business outcomes for the Enterprise & Services businesses.
  • Drive uniformity/consistency in processes/procedures and work practices.
  • Execute the business operations rhythm of the business for Americas Operations, in alignment with Channel Operations Manager and provide dashboards, reports, and related metrics to monitor performance, costs, efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to determine impacts and actions necessary to assess and maintain operational performance.



  • Naturally connects and builds strong relationships with others, demonstrating strong collaboration and an ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.
  • Operates as the operations business partner for the Enterprise & Services VPs – coordinating activities aligned to the priorities of the Enterprise & Services businesses in coordination with Channel Operations Manager and Enterprise & Services VPs. 
  • Focus on continued improved performance and be tenacious and accountable in assisting the business and helping realize results.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly, problem solve, and seek solutions as appropriate.




  • 5+ years of relevant, progressive experience in operational roles within a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a technology-enabled services environment where technology and process improvement have led to greater insights and business efficiency.
  • Must be process and metrics oriented, well-organized, and be highly motivated, self-directed with the ability and desire to have a real impact on an organization.
  • Proven success in the design, implementation, and execution of various sales and marketing-related processes and procedures.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed environments, across domestic and global time zones and sites.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and customers while maintaining clear lines of communication with individuals based on a high degree of trust and credibility.
  • A desire to leverage and grow critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills combined with sound judgment.
  • Proven execution, interpersonal, and business acumen skills.
