Digital Pathology - Global Partner Manager

As Global Partner Manager for Digital Pathology, you will develop and manage strategic relationships with key global partners in the digital pathology ecosystem. These partners integrate Barco’s display and QA solutions into their offerings and bring them to end-users, with the goal of driving joint business growth and strengthening Barco’s market position.
You will be part of the Digital Pathology team and report to the Digital Pathology Segment Director. In this role, you will manage and expand key partner relationships, contributing directly to revenue growth while operating in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global partner strategy aligned with Digital Pathology business objectives
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and expand existing relationships to increase market reach
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve issues
  • Drive revenue through partners via joint go-to-market initiatives, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements
  • Negotiate partnership terms and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives
  • Enable partners through training, marketing materials, and technical support to ensure successful solution integration and sales
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D) to deliver tailored partner support and solutions

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic account management in a B2B environment
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or digital pathology is a strong advantage
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • A collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
