Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global partner strategy aligned with Digital Pathology business objectives
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand existing relationships to increase market reach
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building strong, trusted relationships
- Conduct regular business reviews to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve issues
- Drive revenue through partners via joint go-to-market initiatives, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate partnership terms and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives
- Enable partners through training, marketing materials, and technical support to ensure successful solution integration and sales
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D) to deliver tailored partner support and solutions
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic account management in a B2B environment
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or digital pathology is a strong advantage
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- A collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
