Marketing Manager - Immersive Experience

Barco is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to support the Entertainment division in growing the immersive experience business. This role will be responsible for connecting the regional business needs in the US and Canada to our digital programs to drive awareness and demand generation. The successful candidate can lead across a global organization to deliver effective regional marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that include digital, PR, content, and event marketing
  • Work across global and regional teams to align on goals and objectives for product launches
  • Develop multi-touch media strategies in alignment with demand generation and ABM initiatives to engage prospects and progress them through the funnel
  • Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and results and report on marketing performance
  • Drive the day to day project management, operations & execution between external agencies and internal teams
  • Be the primary driver for major end-user events to ensure that product messaging is consistent with value-based messaging and the needs of the sales organization are firmly addressed in the pre/post-event activities
  • Must possess strong organizational skills to effectively manage marketing campaigns that can require a great deal of coordination and timing precision.
  • Focus on results through reports by conversions, lead source, ROI by Channel, Cost Per Lead, and more
  • Responsible management of all activities in accordance with the budget allocated in the regional marketing budget


  • 7+ years marketing B2B technology solutions
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience in an industry that requires a complex B2B sales process
  • Experience interacting with a broad team of local and global stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing channels (SEM, Programmatic Display, Retargeting Native, Paid Social, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to travel up to 25% to key customer sites, channel partners, tradeshows, corporate meetings, etc. with possible international travel
  • Strong familiarity with common CRM systems is required, SAP CRM is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Undergrad degree or relevant experience
