Business Analyst

The Business & Commercial Excellence Analyst  plays an important role in supporting the EMEA direct & channel sales team in providing insights about the order & sales forecasting, as well as insights on market evolution. The Business & Commercial Excellence Analyst ultimately is a strong contributor to the achievement of the department and company sales volume goals, with the following main tasks:


  • Provide insights & advice on the orders & sales evolution
    • Regional/country splits
    • Product splits
    • Customer splits
  • Pricing analysis on regions/products/customers
  • Abnormalities identification in the order funnel and sales reporting
  • Support in order & sales forecasting, including risk analysis
  • Daily opportunity Funnel / Order follow up
  • Prepare & Deliver all inputs needed for the executive sales review meetings (Sales Com)
  • Regional Market & Competition analysis
  • Commercial Excellence support

We are looking for an experienced Business & Commercial Excellence Analyst, who applies commercial excellence in his day to day operations, and is eager to work in an international sales organization.

The Business & Commercial Excellence Analyst  will report to the Sales Operations Director.



Your profile


  • You have a Master's degree in business economics or equivalent
  • You have 5+ years’ experience in an international environment.
  • You are fluent English; knowledge of Dutch or another language is an important asset
  • You are systems and process savvy, able to build creative solutions to bridge any shortcomings for reporting, tracking, analysis, etc.
  • You are pro-active, organized and motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
  • You have a critical mindset with high sense for accuracy and respecting deadlines.
  • You are able to work independently and have the necessary maturity, skills and commercial feeling to communicate with costumers and other (internal) stakeholders.
  • Excellent computer proficiency including the “Microsoft Office package”, ERP systems, CRM systems and various Business Intelligence & analytic software tools.
