Field Marketing Manager

Function: 

 

As a field marketing manager for our learning experience business unit, you build, implement, measure, learn and optimize the marketing plan for our WeConnect solution.  You know like no other what your market and partners require and how to optimize the performance of spend.  
 
Key accountabilities: 
•    You define and implement specific marketing plan & budgets for your segment for ensuring customer loyalty and selling additional solutions and services to existing & new customers. This of course in line with sales & growth objectives for each region (main focus on Europe & US).
•    You cover the broad scope of marketing activities/campaigns, including events, media & PR, AdWords, online / social advertising, digital marketing, market research, … 
•    You develop specific launch goals, plans and strategies 
•    You manage all channel marketing activities, with a strong focus on channel communication and lead generation 
•    You manage the end-to-end lead process, constantly looking at ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel by e.g. developing nurturing process to turns prospects into customers and upsell or cross sell existing customers on new solutions & services.  
•    You identify customers who are willing to participate in testimonials, case studies or references. You capture these share stories and advocate in a variety of programs.  
•    You become the subject matter expert for your market(s): you understand the market & customer needs and feed these insights to headquarters to ensure the region’s future performance 
•    You align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including sales and HQ Segment marketing 
•    You report on campaign success and business contribution 
•    You manage the budget
 

 Your profile: 

•    You hold a higher degree combined with 8 to 15 year’s of marketing experience focusing on demand generation
•    Having experience in an industry that requires a complex B2B sales process utilizing distribution channels, system integrators and value added resellers is a strong plus
•    Being familiar with working in a matrix organization is also considered a plus
•    You have excellent verbal, written & presentation communication skills. You are fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
•    Your analytical skills and strong customer focus help you to fully grasp the needs of your market 
•    You are a resultsoriented professional with a can do & self-starting attitude
