Internship Customer Journeys - Corporate Marketing

Our Corporate Marketing department is looking for a motivated marketing & communications intern to join their team working on a customer journey project.


Key responsibilities:


  • Define the persona’s for a certain business segment (eg. Our healthcare solution Demetra) in collaboration with our customer journey manager
  • Validate this through desk research & (field) interviews
  • Map the customer journey (including key moments of truth) of that persona with Barco
  • Analyze how this customer journey are/could be tracked in our database(s)
  • Define where we could improve the customer experience, think digital!
  • Make suggestions for possible marketing campaigns (acquisition, retention, upsell/cross-sell) based on this moment in his journey
  • Design a marketing campaign in collaboration with our marketing teams
  • Project in social media management (trying out new content, hunting for new followers etc)
  • PR database completion: looking at database quality of journalists
  • Review & update the Marketing tools & processes repository


Your profile: 

  • You are a marketing or communications student
  • You have good communication skills, including English writing & speaking skills
  • You are pro-active & well organized 
  • You are looking for an internship of a minimum duration of 6 weeks
