Marketing Communications Manager Workplace

We are looking for a seasoned marketing communications professional for our digital workplace activities, spearheaded by the ClickShare product range. You live and breathe campaigning, you are passionate about marketing ROI, and you thrive in an international organization



Key Responsibilities


As our Marketing Communications Manager, you:

  • translate the business strategy in a global marketing strategy with clear and measurable objectives
  • build the marketing plan to reach marketing objectives
  • create and launch the required global inbound campaigns to reach the objectives
  • collaborate intensively with the regional marketing leads 
  • build thought leadership together with segment marketers on trending topics (technological and segment specific)
  • monitor global and regional campaigns based upon clear metrics (in cooperation with regional marketing)
  • act as senior sparring partner / contributor on topics on the crossroads of sales and marketing: pricing, go-to-market,…



We are looking for a new colleague who


  • Has minimum 10 years of relevant experience within an international setting;
  • Has strong marketing skills and business acumen;
  • Is very customer- and market oriented;
  • Has affinity with our portfolio of technical, IT & networking related products and services;
  • Has excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills - being able to influence, motivate and create buy-in within a matrix organization;
  • Is a natural team player, working together with stakeholders from across the company.
