Marketing Communications Manager Workplace

We are looking for a seasoned marketing communications professional for our digital workplace activities, spearheaded by the ClickShare product range. You live and breathe campaigning, you are passionate about marketing ROI, and you thrive in an international organization

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

As our Marketing Communications Manager, you:

  • You translate the business objectives and segment strategy in a marketing communication strategy with clear and measurable objectives. You build a marketing communication plan to reach the marketing objectives. 
  • Based on the aligned business objectives & priorities you define the global campaign themes accordingly. You do this in close collaboration with the regional Field Marketing and Sales teams and sign off on an integrated plan. You elaborate the campaign themes into a campaign plan, including regional and global programs and tactics.  
  • You orchestrate the planning and execution; enable the regions, remove possible bottlenecks and lead global and regional campaign performance based upon clear metrics  
  • You build and promote a strong and complete segment messaging in accordance with the Barco brand throughout all communication. You define the content strategy, build thought leadership & campaign content on trending and customer-relevant topics, for every persona in every phase of the buyer journey.
  • You communicate by leveraging Barco’s communication channels (website, special landing pages, social media,…) as well as paid media. You monitor and manage content performance. 
  • You design and implement global programs as part of the campaign themes and in line with the defined architecture. You deliver targeted communication to key decision makers and key influencers based upon customer data and segmentation. 
  • You manage the segment marketing communications budget 

 

 

We are looking for a new colleague who

 

  • Has minimum 10 years of relevant experience within an international setting;
  • Has strong marketing skills and business acumen;
  • Is very customer- and market oriented;
  • Has affinity with our portfolio of technical, IT & networking related products and services;
  • Has excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills - being able to influence, motivate and create buy-in within a matrix organization;
  • Is a natural team player, working together with stakeholders from across the company.
