To support the growth of our healthcare imaging business, we’re hiring Program Manager for our Surgical & Modality Imaging Solutions. The Program Manager will manage one or more key accounts, helping them adopt, integrate, and co-develop our products. You’ll be the main point of contact, guiding the account through the entire product lifecycle. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll turn their needs into products and services that help them succeed and grow with our healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
- Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and success milestones.
- Drive renewals and minimize churn by proactively managing customer accounts.
- Monitor customer health metrics and address risks proactively.
- Represent customer interests and feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to meet customer needs.
- Provide training and resources to enhance customer adoption.
- Track and report on customer success metrics and account performance.
- Handle and escalate customer issues as needed.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
Who are we looking for?
- We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, communicate well, and help customers achieve their goals while driving business growth.
- You should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in roles like product specialist, project management, or similar, ideally in a project-focused company. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in medical applications is preferred.
- You’ll need to work well with teams, coordinating across departments like engineering, and ensuring things get done.
- Clear communication with both internal teams and external customers is key.
- Fluent in French and English
- You should be comfortable presenting to groups and open to new ideas.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% globally & visit the customer in Paris regurarly.
