Quality Manager

Within our Division Enterprise we are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team!



Your responsibilities:



  • Maintain and improve the division quality management system in line with the business needs and compliant with the required standards and regulations for that region and/or division.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct external certification, customer audits and internal audits. Call for the required corrective actions, monitors the progress and escalates deviations to higher management.
  • Facilitate improvements and corrective actions (CAPA) with main focus on product corrective action process. Propose, support or lead improvement initiatives (short/mid-term) for processes and practices.
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards and maintain own training matrix.
  • Participate in NPI projects as Quality delegate and act as Quality gatekeeper in NPI stage gate review meetings.
  • Report process / product performance figures, deviations, progress on quality performance or the need for improvement and changes in line with the divisional quality plan and objectives.
  • Manage the overall quality process design in SAP as a business process owner.
  • Have the authority to withdraw non-conforming products, set / release production or delivery holds, sign off CoCs (beyond CoC of manufactured products) and derogations.
  • Coordinate customer escalations and requested QA meetings
  • Support the division Management Representative for ISO9001 and act as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 on specific sites.
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of applicable regulatory and QMS requirements throughout the organization.
  • Report on the performance, effectiveness and improvement needs of the QMS to top management.
  • Ensure the documentation of the processes needed for the QMS.
  • Execute internal audits against QMS requirements.



Your competences:



  • At least 3-5 years of experience in QA\QMS management.
  • In depth understanding of QMS requirements to achieve ISO9001 compliance and related risk management principles.
  • Experience in coordination of external audits (certification bodies or customers).
  • Experience in internal auditing against QMS.
  • Experience in formal release and project management processes (Stage gates/New Product Introduction programs).
  • Experience with quality management practices (Product Quality Meeting, management of non-conformities,  red alerts, delivery hold/production holds, CAPA, document and record control, process change management, management review, internal auditing, complaint escalations ...).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, listening skills and able to cope with stressful situations.
  • Solution directed, process minded and E2E continuous improvement attitude.
  • Sound judgment and high level of integrity and ethics.
  • Analytical, investigative and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to deal with and manage a diverse and demanding workload.
  • Influencing skills and experience in coordinating change management or improvement projects.
