Sales Segment Manager EMEA

As Sales & Segment Manager EMEA you will be focusing on our Surgical Imaging Segment and will be responsible for:

  • Business management
  • Up- and downstream marketing process
  • Project support and large bid management
  • Segment sales support

This role is part of the EMEA Healthcare Central Sales & Marketing Group and reports to the Sales Director.



Key Responsibilities


  • You own the upstream and downstream information flow with the healthcare division;
  • You translate and prioritize regional requirements of EMEA and it’s sub-regions to ensure and safe-guard a high-level understanding and acceptance by the healthcare division;
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders, EMEA sales, channel partners and customers to define key selling propositions that translate to sales enablement tools (toolkits), marketing materials and external communications;
  • You support sales team with complex sales situations including large bid activities such as tenders, frameworks, etc;
  • You elaborate and implement the Segment marketing mix within the EMEA region;
  • You create and foster a ‘customer first’ environment;
  • You ensure alignment on partner and channel landscape across sub-regions.



Your Profile


  • You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business, economics, marketing, or equivalent;
  • You have 7+ years of experience in sales/marketing, channel/account management or market/business development in the healthcare industry;
  • Experience within the area of Diagnostic Imaging, Healthcare IT or Surgical is a plus;
  • You are a relationship builder with excellent communication skills (including written, verbal and presentation); 
  • You have strong influencing and people skills on the one hand, and sufficient analytical skills on the other;
  • You communicate fluently in English;
  • You are flexible to travel within the EMEA region when required.
