Sales Enablement Marketing Manager

The function

 

As Sales Enablement Marketing Manager for the Enterprise division, specific for the "Meeting experience - Clickshare" business, you are the liaison between Sales, Product Management/Product Marketing and Segment Marketing . You are responsible for identifying, developing and delivering sales tools that support conversations throughout the sales journey, including product presentations, messaging frameworks, conversation guides, application notes, …

You actively promote your sales enablement tools in the organization, and you measure their effectiveness to demonstrate the success of the materials and the program.

You have a mix of sales, marketing, communications and project management skills, and you have strong interpersonal skills to team with Sales and Channel Management. You are a passionate team player, willing to learn, flexible to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and ready to meet deadlines. Plus, the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  1. Work with Sales to determine the sales support tools needed. Identify the most effective assets and manage the creation of these assets
  2. Create templates to standardize presentations and communications, including playbooks, solution guides, product presentations, conversation guides, …
  3. Work together with colleagues in Product Marketing, Product Management and Training on the creation of training materials for internal and external Sales
  4. Coordinate & deliver sales enablement tools for Barco solutions / Barco portfolio for your segment (beyond product).  
  5. Measure sales enablement activities to quantify the impact and success of materials and the overall program

 

 

Your profile

 

  • A first experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Sales support, preferably in B2B products and solutions. Experience in supporting SaaS pitching is a plus.
  • Analytical with project management and planning skills.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing mix, marketing communication, communication channels, channels-to-market, and value messaging.
