Sr. Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Be responsible for developing new features and patents aligned with Clickshare portfolio
  • Lead by design to influence colleagues to be self-motivated and self-organized.
    • Deliver committable increments within restrict iteration.  
    • Keep optimizing the whole
  • Be part of scrum team to collaborate with developers, test engineers, scrum master, and product owner to present valued effects with incremental delivery in agile way.
  • Be part of global development team across Belgium, Germany, India and Taipei.
  • Independent design enough, implementation and testing of software components with C ++ under Linux
  • Participate in design and code review with global development team across Belgium and Germany.

 

We are looking for a new employee who…

 

  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in computer science related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of C++ and familiar with embedded system programming
  • 5+ years solid experience in open source projects or Linux software development.
  • Fluent in English, communicative and assertive when required.
  • Pro-active team player with leadership in optimizing the whole design and easy adaptable increment shortly
  • Experience in developing accessible technologies would be a plus.
  • Agile PMI-ACP experience would be a plus.
