Business Development Manager

Noida, UP, IN

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of Barco Cinema technologies across cinemas and cinema industry in India. In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance by building strong customer relationships and effectively demonstrating technical solutions to cinema stakeholders.
 
You will play an active role in managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while clearly communicating the value of our solutions to key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presenting Barco Cinema solutions with focus on industry leading HDR by Barco at cinemas and post production studios. 
  • Establishing direct relatinship with cinema exhibitors, movie studios, post production facilities, movie distributors, content provides, producers, directors and all industry stakeholders. 
  • Achieve regional sales targets and manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle
  • Perform product demonstrations at cinemas, highlighting business, operational, and financial benefits
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively to key cinema incustry stakeholders.
  • Prospect and evaluate opportunities, negotiate contracts, and support customers through purchasing decisions
  • Build new customer relationships while maintaining and developing existing accounts
  • Present technical product features, benefits, and attributes to different cinema audiences
  • Provide sales support to value-added partners
  • Develop and execute regional business plans, including strategic account segmentation

Your Profile

  • Experience in cinema business e.g. relations with exhibitors, studios, movie distributors capital equipment sales is preferred
  • Preferable 5 years’ experience in a complex sales environment
  • Experience as part of a sales process
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Formal sales training and customer relationship is preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including experienice with AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, phone, and presentation skills as well as skills of working in dedicated teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to present technical products effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% for customer visits, tradeshows, and internal meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Fluent Engilish (written and spoken)
