Scrum Master

Experience – 8-12 years        

Job responsibilities:

·        As a SCRUM Master you will be responsible for coaching and driving Agile practices in geographically distributed  team (Europe, USA, Taiwan)

·        Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect

·        Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team

·        Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation.

·        Coaching team to become a self-organized

·        Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work

·        Supporting and helping product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next releases and sprints

·        Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

·        Remain current in Agile development industry practices through active involvement within the Agile Community

 

·        Skills must have:

·        At least 8 years of experience working in an R&D environment

·        Have 4 years of experience as SCRUM master in more than 2 Agile organization

·        Experience in working in LeSS based scaled Agile environment

·        Very good understanding of TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps

·        Can coach 2+ SCRUM teams

·        C++ working experience

·        Self-motivated and result oriented, autonomous worker, team player

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills

·        Working experience with geographically distributed teams

 

·        Skills nice to have:

·        Working experience with SAFE
