Industrialization Project Leader 1

Position Description:

1. Overall industrialization and general Project Management.
2. Project Manager coordinating operational activities.
3. Budget planning for the NPI project and coordinate the cost control in operation stage.
4. Business improvement projects as part of the job.
5. Ensure NPI project status management for industrialization tasks of new products.
6. Ensure good NPI project status communication to the divisional NPI teams and to Operations stakeholders.
7. Project management of product transfer projects between Barco Suzhou and other Barco plants with reasonable cost and delivery time.
8. Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

• Above 5 years with process & project management experience.
• Experience in display industry is preferred.

• Strong project management abilities.
• Full operations cooperation and ownership.
• Rich experience of team management and coaching.
• Be able to influence & inspire team member.
• Able to manage and execute multiple, complex tasks and deal with work pressure.
• Good Communication skills and fluent English abilities both in oral & written.
• Analytical thinking with self-initiatives & positive working attitude.
• Good knowledge of lean and continous improvement.
• PMI/PMP certificate is a plus
