Production Engineer Software

Position Description:

Develop product testing program needed with the processes in place.
Develop small software program for management of doc, tools, visualization.
Work closely with local RD & foreign software engineer to resolve testing program issues for daily production on time.
Define & execute the software validation process to under build reproducibility.
Manage & configure the production computer.
Manage & calibrate the optical measurement equipment.
Work with Production, QA and RD to resolve technical issues on the products.
upport the New Product Introduction and assure a seamless product transfer into the mass-production flow.
Optimize production processes in order to decrease the overall product cost and to improve the performance/reliability of products.
Develop work instructions & training content & other necessary docs required.
Other jobs assigned by the reporting manager.

Education:

Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Competencies:

Test software development experience.
Good knowledge on:

- Computer language like C/C++, VB.
- Familiar with server like SQL, Oracle, Mysql.
- Read PLC programming will be a plus.

Good written & spoken English abilities.
Good initiative, result oriented.
Good communication & problem solving skills, ability to influence people around.
Know-how of reporting languages (Minitab, 6 Sigma, Crystal reporting…).
