SI Sales Executive, HC China

This position is to master Surgical Image, as well as DiOR products in Barco China Healthcare.

He/She will be responsible for the sales of digital operating room products that are most important to the company in order to retain and / or grow the related business activities.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maximize sales and total key account potential
  • Cooperate with distributors to complete sales
  • Strong ability to control project progress
  • Get in-depth insight in - and knowledge of key accounts business
  • Build an intimate relationship with all customer stake holders
  • Detect new/strategic business opportunities within the account
  • Develop, implement and manage key account plans and processes
  • Secure and make key accounts information available internally in accordance with company processes and using specific tools (CRM) 
  • Provide key input on financial and logistics forecasting
  • Steer and influence other internal stakeholders (sales staff, other departments, divisions, regions,…) in order to realize key account plan and objectives
  • Suggest optimization of company processes and organization in function of the key accounts

 

 

Qualifications

 

Education

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in fields of business, marketing, engineering or related field 

 

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in related field
  • Rich project sales experience
  • In depth experience in product management or equivalent experience set 
  • Must have a strong technical skill set in similar industry or technology
