Barco designs technology to enable bright outcomes around the world. Our focus is on three core markets: Enterprise (from meeting and control rooms to corporate spaces), Healthcare (from the radiology department to the operating room), and Entertainment (from movie theaters to live events and attractions). In 2017, we realized sales of 1.085 billion euro. We have a team of 3,600 employees, located in 90 countries, whose passion for technology is captured in 400 granted patents.






  • Promote Enterprise division products and services in the Turkey and STANS region in line with the sales strategy and tactics 
  • Establish and manage channel partners. Customers can be direct end customers or channel partners (SI, resellers, OEM)
  • Prospect, identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Educate and develop the market in STANS


Key Responsibilities


  • Execute the sales plan by selling goods and services to customers
  • Realize personal sales targets by meeting customers, follow up on sales leads, making targeted cold calls
  • Analyze the customers needs and provide the appropriate value proposition in return
  • Provide quotations in line with applicable pricing and other related commercial terms
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions in accordance with the guidelines and contract administration objectives
  • Keep up-to-date records in the company's CRM system
  • Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
  • Interface and provide regular sales forecast and reports, and feedback on marketing and products / services to sales management
  • Prospect new business
  • Monitor technology and market factors and provide market intelligence to market management

We are looking for a Barco employee who
  • Has min. a Bachelor degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Has min. 3- 5 year of proven sales experience in related industry/technology
  • Has competencies such as
    • Sales and prospecting skills
    • Communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
    • Problem solving skills
    • Mother tongue Turkish and business fluency in English
