Business Development Manager Nordics

Due to our continued growth, Barco is expanding its worldwide sales organization. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record to join our sales team as Business Development Manager Meeting Experience for the Nordics market.
The candidate we are looking for will be dynamic, enthusiastic, hard-working, tech-savy and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible for growing ClickShare sales and funnel in the targeted countries by actively targeting large enterprises within our focused vertical markets;
- You define best end user approach for the territory in collaboration with the Business Development Director EMEA for our corporate and Education products;
- You develop the Education market with our WeConnect product by actively targeting large universities or schools ;
- You establish contact and secure demo opportunities with key prospects as well as close deals during on-site visits or industry events;
- You follow up on ClickShare or Education leads generated by Barco campaigns, such as “hot housing”, social media or web traffic;
- You maximize ClickShare deployments across all local affiliates of an existing customer
- You build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing deals for corporate and education market;
- You ensure strong interlinks with the other local team members in order to secure the Channel support;
- You identify showstoppers to potential opportunities and report back to Business Development management for additional support;
- You report on weekly visits and manage funnel as per company CRM rules.
We are looking for a new colleague who
- Has relevant commercial experience in selling a collaboration product.
- Has a strong experience in end-user sales for the respective territory.
- Has strong sales planning and prospecting skills.
- Is self-motivated, energetic and have excellent presentation skills.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English.
- Is willing to travel extensively within the Nordics area.
