Barco has an outstanding Inside Sales position with the opportunity for growth and advancement - but only if you're highly motivated team player who is willing to prospect potential clients while learning the ropes as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with Barco.

The ISR will be charged with communicating Barco's corporate messaging in the Education marketplace through phone, email and social media.

Your job as an ISR is to get the sales process moving to making a great first impression over the phone and establishing a solid foundation on which a beneficial, long term relationship can be built. After gathering as much information about potential clients as possible- including details about key decision makers, budgets, technology needs and project timelines - you'll explain the features and benefits of Barco solutions.

ISR's will be asked to contact existing clients to expand the business and also prospecting for new customers not using Barco solutions to land new business. In many cases, the ISR will be the first person from Barco to speak with prospects about our products and technologies - so building quick rapport with clients will be a key indicator of success. This position requires a very high sales “motor” and will be responsible for a large number of outbound calls each day. This individual will be measured against those calls being converted into leads for Business Development Managers and Regional Sales Managers.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• Previous relevant industry experience required
• 1 year of Inside sales experience or similar relevant experience required; experience working with the education market is not required, but would be a definite plus
• CRM experience a plus
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
• Attention to detail
• AV/IT and/or software experience is considered a plus
• Excellent time management and organization
