Barco, global market leader in professional AV solutions, is looking for an IT Go-to Market Development Manager in Silicon Valley, CA or Atlanta, GA metro areas to further grow its business solutions for Corporate environments. Spearheaded by the ClickShare and wePresent product lines, and supported by projectors, video walls and control software, this business plays a crucial role in Barco’s future growth.

As our IT Go-to-Market Development Manager...

  • You define & implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the IT industry, with strong focus on EMEA and North America
  • Together with Regional Sales & Business Development, Customer Experience & Product Management and our Marketing team, you identify winning strategies for Barco to successfully manage the transition from AV to IT
  • Your target audiences are C-level IT functions in corporations, as well as distributors and resellers differentiating themselves through a strong IT focus.
  • You understand how IT organizations in companies live and breathe, and know the ins and outs of SaaS, licensing and subscriptions.
  • You master recurring revenue generation business models, create compelling value propositions, and set up winning marketing strategies.
  • You are familiar with distributor (cloud) marketplaces and you identify the right (support) strategies for our go-to-market.
  • You are the driving force to build or increase brand recognition in new and existing segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • You drive go-to-market for Barco’s IT focused product portfolio, with strong focus on marketplace, licensing and recurring revenue business models
  • Day-to-day program management for Barco's IT go-to-market, with focus on marketing & sales programs for channels and segments
  • You commercialize the strategy, key messages & the value proposition
  • You assess segments, channels & competitive differentiation & positioning to ensure a strong competitive advantage

  • You define required product marketing or sales enablement materials for Barco's sales & channel teams, distributors, resellers,…
  • You analyze results and propose corrective actions as necessary
  • You collaborate with Marketing Communications on events, conferences & trade shows

Requirements:

·       have a Bachelor or Master degree and at least 5 years of experience in "IT marketing" 

·       have experience with an indirect selling approach within a B2B environment (high-tech products or solutions). Having experience with bringing Saas/Paas/Xaas products to the market is an asset

·      have knowledge of IT software & IT infrastructure business

·      are skilled in the development, implementation & execution of plans to generate new business (and launching new products) in targeted market segments

·      have hands-on experience with following marketing domains: 4P's, marketing mix, marketing communication, channels-to-market, market segmentation, value proposition, marketing program development & execution

·      are an energetic, self-starting achiever who is both strategic and operational/pragmatic.

·      have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.

·      are analytical and able to identify key customer intentions & corresponding strategies to achieve business results.

·      are flexible and able to adapt to changing business & market requirements

·      are willing to travel up to 10-20 % of your time
