The Key Account Manager, will develop critical relationships across account disciplines including but not limited to Sales and Marketing, Operations, Product Management, R&D, Sourcing and Supply Chain in conjunction with working across Barco Regional and Global teams

Key Responsibilities
  • Management over several key accounts
    • Driving growth objectives
    • Overseeing commercial negitions, pricing, supply agreements, etc
    • Maximize total key account potential
  • Get in-depth insight in - and knowledge of key account(s) business approach
  • Build an intimate relationship with all customer stakeholders
  • Detect new strategic business opportunities within the account
  • Maximize sales revenues, market share, and profit margins.

We are looking for a new colleague who has

  • BA Degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education in fields of sales, business, marketing, customer relationship management, communications, or other related fields
  • 5-10 years of experience in key account management
  • Demonstrated independent management of day to day activities.
  • Experience in a fast paced and highly competitive work environment
  • Proven experience of having driven sales initiatives and achieving or surpassing business targets
  • Experience in the surgical OR, medical device, medical OEM manufacturing area is required
