Barco, a global collaboration and visualization leader, is looking for an experienced and energetic marketing program manager to join a growing marketing team!

 

We are looking for a creative, tenacious, and organized marketing professional. You have experience in the technology industry and enjoy helping customers solve their business problems with technology. You think outside the box, bring solutions to the table, and enjoy being a part of a fast-paced, growing team.

 
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Work within the Americas region to focus on our customer needs, but will also engage with our global marketing team. On a day-to-day basis, you work with the Field Marketing and Channel Marketing Managers.
  • Monitors, measures, evaluates and reports marketing activities and results on an ongoing basis
  • Marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution
  • Ability to identify and target key audience segments
  • Coordinate content and delivery of channel communications including newsletters and emails
  • Tailor marketing messaging and deliverables to deliver results
  • Can work across an organization at all levels and manage internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure on time and on budget completion of marketing plans
  • Experience with planning and executing product launches, yearlong marketing plans, and digital campaigns
  • Align marketing plans to business objectives

 We are looking for:
 
Education:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent by experience
 
Experience:
  • Experience in marketing project and process management
  • Build integrated marketing plans focused on the customer
 
 
Competencies:
 
  • Possess strong drive for result.
  • Able to set priorities, excellent organizing, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to build a strategic partnership with internal customers through excellent customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in influencing others with well thought out recommendations, as well as strong presentation skills and ability to present to a wide range of audiences.
  • Possess strong listening and negotiating qualities to anticipate and resolve hurdles.
