We are currently seeking a Marketing Segment Lead to join our marketing team to support the Healthcare division.  This individual will be located in Atlanta, GA area.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        Marketing Segment Lead will be responsible for development and execution of targeted campaigns, while being supported by other functional teams, cooperation then enlist various members of marketing team to brainstorm campaign elements

·        Marketing Segment Lead will be responsible for scoping market research needs to determine the appropriate target customer segments based available demographic information to maximize campaign ROI

·        Marketing Segment Lead will be the primary driver for major end user events – Trade Shows, Road Show Events, Channel Events – to ensure that product messaging is consistent with value based messaging and the needs of the sales organization are firmly addressed in the pre/post event activities

·        Marketing Segment Lead must possess strong organizational skills in order to effectively manage marketing campaigns can require a great deal of coordination and timing precision

·        Marketing Segment Lead must orchestrate that across multiple groups and teams within the company  and work closely with the Global Marketing Team

·        Marketing Segment Lead will be responsible management of all activities in accordance with the budget allocated in the regional marketing budget – Product & Region

·        Marketing Segment Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining competitive product resources to be made available to direct and channel sales teams

Qualifications

·        Undergraduate degree is required; preference for Marketing

·        Experience marketing Visualization, Connected IT and/or Capital Equipment is required

·        Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience in an industry that requires a complex B2B sales process utilizing distribution channels, systems integrators & value added resellers

·        Experience interacting with broad team of local and global stake holders

·        Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, PowerPoint and Word

·        Excellent phone and presentation skills

·        Ability to outline past performance executing ROI based Marketing Campaigns focused on discrete customer groups, by product focus

·        Able to travel up to 50% to key customer sites, channel partners, tradeshows, corporate meetings, etc. – international travel will be required

·        Strong familiarity with common CRM systems is required, SAP CRM is preferred

·        No Relocation Available
