We are currently seeking a Marketing Segment Lead to join our marketing team to support the Healthcare division.  This individual will be located in our Duluth, GA office just north of Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that increase engagement and provide Marketing Qualified Leads to sales
  • Work with division teams to drive product launches and message consistency in the Americas market
  • Conduct research to determine the appropriate target audience to maximize campaign ROI
  • Primary driver for major events. Ensure that program messaging is consistent with value based messaging and that the needs of the sales organization are firmly addressed in the pre/post event activities
  • Must possess strong organizational skills in order to effectively manage marketing campaigns
  • Ability to orchestrate across multiple groups and teams within the company
  • Influencer with experience working with executive stakeholders
  • Manage all activities in accordance with the budget allocated in marketing budget 

We are looking for:
  • Undergraduate degree is required
  • Experience in Health Care Device marketing that is focused on patient outcomes
  • Experience writing and executing a marketing plan within budget
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience in a medical device organization that requires a complex B2B sales process utilizing distribution channels
  • Experience interacting with with a broad team of local and global stake holders
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent digital collaboration and presentation skills
  • Ability to outline past performance executing ROI based Marketing Campaigns focused on discrete customer groups, by product focus
  • Able to travel up to 25% to key customer sites, channel partners, tradeshows, corporate meetings, etc. – international travel as needed
  • Strong familiarity with common CRM systems is required, SAP CRM is preferred
