As a Process Excellence Expert you will be responsible for describing, analyzing and mapping sales processes.  You support the functional analyst and developer in translating the business requirements into functional requirements in order to deliver a solution that benefits the business users. As a process excellence expert you play a key role in change management – involve end users and supporting user adoption – and this in a global context.
You have experience with ‘lead-to-order’ and ‘order-to-cash’ processes in order to maintain a flawless operation and optimal performance of the global sales operations.
You will be working closely together with the Business Process Owners (Sales), IT colleagues and a Project Leader.
Key responsibilities
        In line with the strategic vision of operations, owned by the Business Process Owner, you play a leading role in the decision making around and set-up/maintenance of best practice processes.

        You assure that the Business Process Owner receives the required business and process input for proper decision making in strategic sales operation matters.

        You develop and implement effective and efficient processes to ensure that a high- quality service can be provided to both local and global accounts.

        You make sure that all relevant business flows are covered taking a lean mindset of standardization, simplification, harmonization and Total Cost of Ownership.

        You actively contribute to the definition of new ways of working and processes in line with, and in support of new business requirements/models.

        You are a champion in best practice sales process descriptions.

        You drive adoption and change management with all sales teams (external / internal) to ensure that agreed system implementations are properly and timely executed.

        Consult and align with peers/business process experts if needed to make sure the proposed way of working is agreed on by all impacted parties.(e.g. all regions, all divisions, other integrated processes)

        You ensure that key users are adequately trained to fulfill their role.

        You actively follow-up on key users in activities assigned to them, and support key users if needed.

        You coordinate allignment between operations and the IT development teams to make sure the agreed processes are properly implemented and supported in the different IT tools and systems. 

        You closely follow-up on new system improvement requests, incidents and change requests.

        You have a master’s degree, or equivalent through experience;
        You have at least 2 years of experience in a sales environment with demonstrated change track achievements. Lead To Order and Order To Cash processes don’t hold secrets for you.
        Knowledge of or experience with CRM packages and/or ERP systems is an advantage.
        You are a strong communicator (fluent in English), with the social skills to connect with several stakeholders and are able to present to a wide range of audiences.
        You are able to set priorities and demonstrate excellent organizing, planning and problem-solving skills;
        You will be located in Belgium, but travel up to 30% of your time for international deployment (US, China,..)
