Due to our continued growth, Barco is again expanding its worldwide sales organization. 
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record to join our sales team as Sales Manager Enterprise for the Nordic market.

You will interact with the different local (large) system integrators, consultants and end- users.

The candidate we are looking for will be dynamic, enthusiastic, hard- working, tech-savvy and self- motivated. 
Equally as important: you will be willing to contribute to, and share in the fun that goes with our continued success.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the local partners, consultants and end-users to maximize Barco‚Äôs reach and presence on the market.
  • Identify and introduce new customers and opportunities to the local partners
  • Maintain and grow business with existing customers, both directly and in conjunction with the local partner network 
  • Maximize opportunity conversion rate by supporting local partners and customers through the different sales stages
  • Assist and participate in trade shows and events within the region
  • Translation of the customer needs into Barco solutions and offerings
  • Provide regular forecasting, market intelligence and competitive analysis
  • Participate in regular training from Barco HQ in Belgium and proactively deliver product training / updates to the local partners.
  • International travel, depending on the various types of business developed in the region

We are looking for a Barco employee with

  • A Master degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A proven track record in technology and solution sales
  • Strong commercial interest and understanding of the market
  • Spotless integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively with English as language, spoken and written
