Function

As Sales Processes & Sales Tools Manager, you are globally responsible for all sales processes and sales tools within Barco. The sales process includes the Lead to Order (LTO) and Order to Cash (OTC) process, and your sales tools include CRM, CPQ, and Order Processing & Invoicing systems.

In this job you work hand in hand with different commercial leaders, IT and product management to provide a business vision & roadmap based on the business requirements. You execute as program/project manager and together with your team you manage and deliver according to the different business priorities. These business priorities could be changes to existing processes as well as implementing/upgrading new tools.


You will be reporting to the Director Commercial Operations, but also report back into Barco’s commercial council on a quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of business process experts (BPE’s) on Lead to Order(LTO) and Order to Cash (OTC).
  • Act as program, project and change manager for sales processes & tools.
  • Provide a vision and tactical roadmap for an end-to-end optimized process flow for LTO & OTC.
  • Manage the budget for the sales projects, process and system improvements.
  • Ensure continuous business support on the different sales tools & processes enquiries.
  • Interfaces between internal Barco stakeholders such as IT, Sales, Marketing and Product managers.

  • Has a Master’s degree or equivalent through experience

  • Is an experienced program & project manager in implementing IT tools such as CRM, CPQ

  • Is process-oriented and analytical

  • Has strong influencing skills

  • Will be located in Belgium; global travel will be required (up to 30%)
