Due to continued growth, Barco is expanding its worldwide sales organization. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record to join our sales team as Territory Manager for our Healthcare business in the UK and Ireland market.
 
Your goal is to promote and sell Barco products to end customers via resellers. You prospect, identify and develop new sales opportunities at end customers, in targeted markets and accounts. 
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Reach personal sales target on Barco products.
  • Onboard/activate Barco partners and define, agree and implement annual Business Plans according to the Barco methodology. 
  • Support partners with technical / sales expertise on the Barco range and educate them on the specifications, features and added value of our products.
  • Proactively deliver product training / updates to identified partners.   
  • Support lead generation via exhibitions/ demonstrations/ sales floor engagement etc .
  • Market the company, ensuring that the organization receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image in the region. 
  • Following up on leads identified at end customer level.  Analyze the customers’ needs and provide the appropriate value proposition in return. Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Manage process of lead distribution to partners. 
  • Keep all sales opportunities in the company's CRM system up to date.
  • Provide meaningful consolidated orders & sales forecast from partners on a monthly base as per Barco financial forecasting methodology. 
  • Monitor technology and market factors and provide market intelligence to Sales management and Segment marketing. 

 
Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience in related industry/technologies
  • Commercial experience in project, value and solution selling.
  • Hands on mindset, able to organize and execute product demonstrations independently
  • Strong experience in working with a network of end users, consultants, system integrators and partners. 
  • Prospecting Skills: eager to hunt new end customers and / or new contacts at different levels of the targeted accounts.
  • Ability to combine commercial and technical skills whereby continuous learning is key.
  • High level sales negotiating skills with outstanding relationship building abilities.  
  • Able to articulate the benefits of the products to channel partners and end-customers. 
  • Strong and assured communicating and presenting skills, able to gain personal credibility with client managers.  
  • Able to work effectively across organizational and national boundaries. 
  • Ability and adaptability to work independently, practically, reliably, and flexibly.
  • Preferably located in the Central South of England.
