The Customer Success Coordinator supports customers and the services delivered by Barco with qualitative and on-time administrative support and communication.
Main accountabilities:
- Creates quotations for repairs or interventions when necessary and follow-up till approval or rejection
- Performs daily follow-up on the status of ongoing repair
- Coordinates the shipments of repaired units and material
- Oversees the return of defective material
- Sends out the invoices or credit notes for all the repairs, interventions or sends out material
- Manages the entire flow of the purchase of requested parts: he/she creates sales orders in our ERP system, checks the availability of the purchased spare parts and creates the invoice
- Represents the customer’s requirements and needs in the HQ Service organization
- Interacts with the various internal stakeholders (eg Technical Support Engineers, Traffic, Warehouse, Finance planning, production, sales, service ,..) and Customer Care Managers to address the service orders in a swift manner
- Drives customer satisfaction

Healthcare specific: Knowledge of QMS requirements to achieve ISO9001, ISO13485
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience:
- Experience in a B2B Service environment is a plus
- Experience with SAP ERP is a must
