Function
As a Customer Success Coordinator, you are in charge of the administration of repairs, warranty swaps, invoicing of service interventions, sales of spare parts and stock transfer orders for the Barco entities in the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (Helpdesk, Warehouse, Depot Repair, Traffic, Finance etc)
- Create and follow-up on quotations.
- Follow up on spare part availability.
- Perform daily follow-up of your outstanding tickets and orders.
- Coordinate the shipments of repaired or defective units.
- Responsible for sending out the invoices.
- Work in multiple systems and tools like SAP and SalesForce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and experience in a similar position, preferably in an international, industrial environment
- Ability to work independently and have the necessary maturity and skills to communicate with customers and other (internal) stakeholders.
- You are invigorated by continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent organization skills to keep an overview of your tasks.
- MS Office literate and fluent in English.
- Knowledge of SAP is a must.
