Field & Channel Marketing Manager – Americas

Location: Duluth + remote

Reports to: Global Marketing Lead, based in Belgium

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field & Channel Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, partner marketing, and regional marketing execution across the Americas. This role will work closely with sales, channel partners, and global marketing teams to develop and execute marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute regional field marketing programs aligned with sales objectives to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Event & Tradeshow Management: Organize and execute regional industry events, partner summits, and webinars to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.

Channel Marketing: Design and implement partner marketing programs, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives to support reseller, distributor, and alliance partner growth.

Demand Generation: Plan and execute integrated campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to generate qualified leads and pipeline.

Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, optimizing for ROI and growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, digital marketing, and corporate teams to align messaging and campaigns across different channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing, preferably in B2B technology.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, demand generation, and regional go-to-market strategies.

• Hands-on experience in event marketing, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
• Eager & enthusiastic to travel for events and partner meetings.
