Manager, Channel Operations
As the Manager for Americas’ Channel Operations, develop and grow Barco’s mindshare and market share with our Americas partner network across distributors, channel partners, and direct B2B solutions focused on the full Barco product portfolio. Looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of strong channel operations. Lead the Americas channel organization within our Global Sales & Commercial Operations Group. The position reports to the Director, Global Sales & Channel Operations/
- Interact with executive leadership, channel teams, field sales teams, channel marketing, and sales operations peers
- Work closely with the Business Unit VPs of Sales, aligning strategy with operational excellence to meet Barco’s sales goals
- Support and grow strategic partners, while keeping an eye on the broader landscape to ensure we have the best multi-tier channel strategy
- Define and deliver key business analytics, KPI metrics, and executive dashboards
- Ability to utilize and interface SFDC, Tableau, TalkDesk, PRM, and other industry-leading partner tools
- Manage quarterly business plan data to assist channel teams
- Assist in operational planning for channel sales, including territory mapping information, quota and headcount planning
- Coordinate with other departments to maximize sales through strong partner program offerings
- Manage processes for approving and onboarding of new partners and support partner growth through providing data for reviews of partner performance against goals.
- Execute partner program including MDF, SPIFF, and other benefits
- Effective communication of the company’s value proposition with key decision-makers.
- Effectively lead an Americas channel operations team
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years proven track record leading channel operations/sales operations organizations
- 2 years minimum of people management
- Proven success in attracting, developing, and leading a results-oriented remote organization
- Prior experience establishing relationships between multi-tier channels preferred
- Demonstrated background using CRM, PRM, and sales forecasting tools
- Demonstrated experience with sales forecasting to optimize overall company performance
- Experience working with global team members is preferred
- Ability to travel as needed
