Technical Support Associate

We are currently hiring for an entry level position as Technical Support Associate. The position is onsite at our Atlanta facility (Duluth, Georgia). 

 

Function

 

Responsible for ensuring a “world class” experience for our clients via the Technology Service Center by projecting a professional image through phone and/or email interactions. This position is responsible for providing general technical support to Barco clients across multiple business lines by diagnosing, researching and resolving technical related matters. Responsible for escalating advanced matters to senior team members.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Receive customer call inquiries; provide technical support and troubleshooting, escalate as needed.
  • Rely on extensive technical knowledge and judgment to solve issues to customer satisfaction.
  • Document, track and monitor customer technical problems utilizing required tools, processes and databases and communicate with relevant departments as appropriate.
  • Participate in routine calls with subject matter experts and share knowledge with team
  • Previous Healthcare technical experience preferred.
