Presales Engineer

Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer

Location: Germany (supporting DACH and CEE regions)

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales and partner teams with product demonstrations and at trade shows.
• Conduct frequent visits to end customers and partner to understand their needs and provide technical support.
• Update and deploy QA software to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel extensively (70% of the time) within the DACH and CEE regions.

Requirements:

• Native German language skills and proficiency in business English.
• Polish language skills are a major asset.
• Strong technical background in diagnostic imaging or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic IT networking principles.
• Experience with software deployment and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
