Sales Manager Healthcare Central Europe

The Sales Manager Healthcare Central Europe leads the Central European sales organization to meet/exceed the overall sales objectives for Barco’s Surgical- and Diagnostic Imaging product lines. Leading & developing the team is key to current and future success. Responsible for defining a sales strategy that sets the direction for future regional growth. The Sales Manager Healthcare Central Europe reports to the Vice President Sales Healthcare EMEA.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • You develop a sales plan that ensures attainment of orders & sales goals;
  • You implement a sales model strategy that is appropriate for the related products and services;
  • You are responsible for the performance and development of the sales organization;
  • You consolidate sales and logistics forecasting from sales; 
  • You coordinate with other departments in the company to maximize sales;
  • You further stimulate a 'customer first' environment;
  • You assist sales executives in complex sales situations;
  • You are accountable for/manage and interpret data entry into the CRM to track business opportunities and performance of the sales executives through personal communication;
  • You manage and control quoting and contractual activities of the sales team;
  • You manage processes for developing and negotiating proposals, sales quotations, and commercial agreements.

 

 

Your profile

 

 

  • You have a Master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field;
  • You have a proven track record as sales manager in the Healthcare industry;
  • A deep knowledge of and a network in the Surgical Imaging domain is a plus;
  • You are a people coach and are recognised by others as a leader;
  • You have strong planning and problem solving skills;
  • You are a high level sales negotiator with outstanding relationship building abilities;
  • You are an enthusiastic and self-assured communicator and presenter, who is able to gain personal credibility with client managers;
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
