What do we expect from the Job:
Outbound Sales and Business Development:
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on Key Global Accounts already utlising Barco Solutions .
- Develop and execute sales strategies to convert outbound leads into successful deals.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and refine the company’s messaging for the SMB market.
Channel Partnership Development (Secondary Focus):
- Identify and onboard channel partners such as Key Partners and LSI's to expand market reach.
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners by understanding their business goals and providing ongoing support.
- Develop channel enablement strategies, including partner training and joint marketing efforts.
- Contribute to outbound marketing campaigns to support lead generation and partner engagement.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships and promote the Barco Product Line up.
- Consultative Selling and Industry Expertise:
- Conduct product demonstrations and manage technical discussions with confidence.
Required education, experience and competencies
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 5-7 years of proven sales experience in related industry/technologies.
- Strong and assured communicating and presenting skills, able to gain personal credibility with client managers.
- Able to work effectively work across organizational and national boundaries.
- Eager to hunt new end customers and / or new contacts at different levels of the targeted account.
- High level sales negotiating skills with outstanding relationship building abilities.
