Sales enablement and GTM programs director

To create growth within our business unit Enterprise (Clickshare), we are recruiting a Sales enablement and GTM programs director. 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • You will be able to devise and evolve our Business Unit commercial programs linked to our business strategic areas: Barco Connect! Partner program, sales enablement/growth programs at reseller and end user level
  • Overseeing the finetuning of the programs at sub regional level by collaborating with Barco departments such as sales, marketing and legal will be part of your scope
  • Coordination of the execution of the programs/campaigns across multiple regions will be your responsibility
  • You will evaluate means to accelerate our growth plan by engaging with our sales directors
  • Across regions, you will support the sales directors with international customers’ pricing by coordinating the rfps across regions
  • You support GTM changes by owning the tactical step by step approach 
  • Devising product launch plans for the sales and marketing teams as one coordinated approach will be one of your competencies 
  • You will ensure that our Business Unit is well represented within Barco digitalization initiatives and new platforms

 
Your profile:

 

  • You have 8-10 years of relevant work experience in channel and field marketing in the AV/IT industry, UCC sector is a plus!
  • You have a Master’s/ Postgraduate Degree, MBA preferred
  • Designing programs/campaigns and associated terms adapted to various audiences are no new knowledge for you 
  • You can manage a team (in)directly 
  • You possess strong leadership skills in project management, time management and driving tasks to completion
  • You can create and conduct formal presentations to convey necessary information
  • Conversing and writing effectively in English is no issue for you (any other language is a plus)
  • You possess strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills
  • Operating with accuracy and efficiency under stress and pressure when faced with deadlines is no problem for you
