Channel Operations Coordinator

The Channel Operations Coordinator has as its mission to ensure a high degree of Barco Partner satisfaction whilst ensuring a smooth administration of all processes linked to Channel Operations and our Partner program in Europe. The activities related to this function have a direct visibility and impact on our customers and require a high degree of accountability and service from the incumbent.
 
The external customers are mainly Barco Distributors as well as our top Reseller partners. The internal stakeholders vary from the Channel Management Team , Marketing team to the Finance department.
 
Key responsibilities:

  • Keep track record of all distribution and top reseller business plans as well as the performance of each partner to enable the payment of the rebates and marketing funds in due time. Liaise with the Channel Management Team to obtain achievement on local KPIs and communicate to all Partners their results on a quarterly level. 
  • Report on marketing spending against budget and communicate to Partners 
  • Aggregate all weekly and monthly sales out reporting of our distribution partners and perform analysis to the benefit of the Sales team 
  • Produce monthly sales reporting and quarterly executive powerpoints related to each Partner 
  • Audit and administrate all sell-out claims from Distribution and ensure payment of those claims within the contractual boundaries. Administrate all claims for the marketing department. Be in charge of the communication towards the Partner when necessary details are missing or when claims are not corresponding to amounts pre-approved by Barco. 
  • Provide all necessary reporting to Finance in due time to ensure accruals and reversal

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Expert user in Microsoft Office including preparation of complex spreadsheets and macros
  • Autonomous, organized and detail oriented with the ability to adapt and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment 
  • Analytical with the ability to anticipate problems and handle situations in advance
  • Great verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Commercial minded.
  • Feels at ease in an international environment 
  • Keen on establishing a sound alignment and relationship with partners and other stakeholders.
