- Managing deal evaluation process, reporting & governance
- Leading pricing process and governance – working together with product management and central finance teams
- Facilitating global consolidation of forecasting & sales reporting
- Take the lead in commercial excellence process initiatives – working closely with central commercial operations teams
- Championing the implementation of sales enablement tools
- Mastering all commercial data sources for ad hoc analysis & strategic decision making
- Becoming a trusted, value added partner to the sales team
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
- You have experience in sales enablement, business analysis and/or commercial strategy
- You are analytical and process-minded
- You have strong affinity with sales processes, commercial attitude
- You have excellent communication skills to work with our sales team and are building your network within the organization to succeed.
- You have strong change management and project management skills
- Advanced English language skills is a must.
- Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
