Commercial Operations Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. You manage daily team activities to ensure the agreed targets are met and appropriate qualitative standards are achieved in terms of order management (order to cash).

2. You handle first level of escalations from customers, partners and sales. Organize assistance from other parts of the organization and drive to resolution. 

3. You implement process changes and finetune procedures. Provide recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
4. You drive improvement initiatives in terms of automation and ERP roadmap.
5. You create and further develop reporting for our teams and internal stakeholders.

4. You safeguard team performance by continuous training and coaching.  

5. You monitor work progress and individual performance.

Your profile:  

• You have proven experience in a customer facing environment 
• Experience with leading a team is a plus
