Are you interested in contributing to the next generation of visualization products? We're seeking a dedicated FPGA Expert with a passion for real-time image processing. Whether it's for compact systems or larger-scale applications, our goal is to achieve top-notch implementation for image processing. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in the design process, from prototyping and component selection to schematic entry, overseeing board layout, intricate VHDL design, and verification, all the way through to ongoing maintenance and support.

Key responsibilities

• You will be one of the driving actors in the development of FPGA firmware (from concept through implementation and documentation to verification) for digital image processing.
• Help to drive the architecture of the image processing path
• Stay up to date on state of the art technology related to high speed data processing 
• As an expert you direct and work close together with the team of software engineers and provide lifecycle support.
• With clear and pro-active communication and follow up you ensure resources, cost and (project) timings can be managed efficiently

Profile

• Experience within FPGA and knowledge in using Intel/Xilinx is a must.
• Experience with development of High Speed HW is of course a plus.
• You cooperate well in agile teams and are able to complete individual assignments successfully. You are both analytical and critical and have an eye for detail. You take initiative and are hands-on.
• You are one of the driving talents within a team
• You are rigorous, methodical, organized, autonomous and enjoy working within a team, understanding quickly the constraints and needs of each party.
