Field Marketing Manager

As a Field Marketing manager for the Healthcare business unit, you contribute to your market growth by building, implementing, measuring, and optimizing the marketing plan and activities. You know like no other what your market requires and how to optimize the performance of spent to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement marketing plan and actions (incl. budget allocations) for your segment to ensure customer acquisition and retention. The marketing plan should be in line with sales & growth objectives for your segment & global marketing objectives.
- Develop specific launch goals, plans and strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget assigned to your segment and define budget spent to the different marketing tactics.
- You cover the following downstream marketing activities:
- Events: events strategy, event communication and promotion, post-event evaluation. You collaborate with the field marketing colleagues from other segments for event logistics, services, and resources.
- Social Media & PR: together with the content colleagues from the Health care business you develop the PR strategy and manage Social media comms.
- Paid media: you manage (plan, identify, evaluate) appropriate channels and media to reach the target audience effectively.
- Digital marketing: you collaborate with the digital marketing specialist to launch and improve digital campaigns
- You manage the end-to-end lead process for your segment, always seeking ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel
- You identify end customers who are willing to participate in testimonials, case studies or references.
- Together with our partners, you develop joint marketing activities.
- You align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including sales and product management.
- You check and validate all materials with our Regulatory team
- You report on campaign success and insights for continuous improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Min. 3 years field marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in Healthcare marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment
- Profound in English language
