Junior Marketing Specialist

As our Global Field marketing specialist for the innovative Demetra skin imaging solution for dermatologists, you cover the broad scope of marketing activities/campaigns, including events, media & PR, AdWords, online / social advertising, digital marketing, market research and lead management. 

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

  • You manage the digital marketing mix: 
    • You set-up marketing automation campaigns for lead generation in our automation platform (Marketo)
    • You set up digital tools & campaigns to manage our events and maximize the return on investment of them (tools like ICapture, Aventri, Marketo)
    • You monitor and update website content with the support of your corporate marketing colleagues to ensure customers have up-to-date information & to improve conversion into qualified leads
  • You coordinate the marketing and commercial Operations:
    • You work closely with regional sales managers to organize field commercial activities, such as events and congresses
    • You coordinate the administrative processes (purchase orders, vendor management) related to those field activities 
    • You create and run standardised reports on marketing and sales initiatives for senior management
    • From time to time, you attend some of the events or congresses to meet up with customers
  • You coordinate lead generation campaigns:
    • You execute lead generation campaigns and analyse & report on campaign success afterwards
    • You manage all channel marketing activities, focusing in channel communication and lead generation 
    • You manage the end-to-end lead process and are constantly looking to improve the intake & conversion of the lead funnel  
    • You identify customers who are willing to participate in testimonials, case studies or references and capture these stories to leverage in different programs

 

 

Your profile

 

 

  • You hold a higher degree in a marketing or communications related domain
  • You ideally have relevant work experience in marketing where you came in contact with several or all of the above domains (digital marketing, campaign management, events) - but motivated graduates are also welcome to apply!
  • You are good at interacting with people, are a clear communicator (in written & spoken English) and are working cross-functionally and cross-culture
  • You have a customer experience mindset in all you do and you put customer success first 
  • You have good analytical skills, you like to take initiative & are curious for new ideas 
  • You have solid organizing skills and are confident in setting priorities
  • You are willing to travel occasionally
