HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a prime HR contact within a Business Unit or Supporting Function to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of HR strategy, processes, projects and services. You will report to the Lead HRBP and will be responsible to deliver HR support to managers and employees. 

 

Main accountabilities:

  • Closely work together with the Lead HR Business Partner of the defined Business Units/Global Functions and support in translating global business needs into local HR action plans as well as deliveries.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) to create and deploy innovative HR solutions.
  • Follow up on employee engagement, employer & employee branding initiatives and activities at the country/region level in cooperation with Center of Expertise where applicable.
  • Deliver HR programs and solutions locally/in business group and provide feedback to CoE and HR team.
  • Establish/monitor the HR processes throughout the year and coach the business leaders and key talents (e.g. advise employees on career development, perform coaching and monitoring,…).
  • Monitor and stimulate organization performance.
  • Specific areas of focus include 
    • Staffing & sourcing
    • Performance management
    • Talent & organizational development
    • Reward management
    • Social Relations

 

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Master degree in a relevant discipline (human resources, social sciences, business management) or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
  • Experience: First experience in an HR support role or experience in operational HR management, by preference in an international corporate environment
  • Competences:
    • Builds a trustful partnership with internal customers through excellent customer focus, partnership skills & result orientation
    • Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to influence others, including decision makers
    • Able to set priorities, with excellent organizing, planning and problem-solving skills
    • Drives collaboration in an interdisciplinary and global context
    • Proven ability to effectively manage conflict situations
    • Basic knowledge of local labor law in the country/region
  • A clear understanding of compliance frameworks and cybersecurity principles as they relate to global HR practices, data protection, and ethical governance.
