We are seeking a visionary Global Head of the Center of Excellence for Talent, a bold leader who will elevate our global Talent Development and Talent Acquisition strategies to new heights. As a key member of our international HR Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, partnering across borders and business units to build a world-class talent ecosystem. Your Mission

As Barco's Global Head of CEO Talent, you will:

• Lead two high-impact global teams: Talent Development and Talent Acquisition driving excellence across the full talent lifecycle.
• Co-create and execute a future-focused HR Talent strategy in close partnership with the CHRO.
• Steer headcount forecasting and workforce planning across regions and functions, aligning talent needs with business growth.
• Champion global initiatives that elevate our talent agenda, foster innovation, and shape a culture of continuous development.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships across international HR and business leadership communities.
• Act as both a visionary strategist and a hands-on operational leader, balancing bold ambition with flawless execution.

• A clear understanding of compliance frameworks and cybersecurity principles as they relate to global HR practices, data protection, and ethical governance.
