About the job

As HR Talent Development Specialist, you will be part of the Center of Expertise Talent Development which supports the full employee lifecycle experience as soon as employees enter Barco: from onboarding through training & development.

• More specifically, you will be organizing onboarding and ensure a good employee experience when new colleagues are joining the company.
• You will be answering questions on learning & development from employees and managers, as well as ensure a good organization and implementation of the training programs together with the Talent Development team.
• Next to that, you will get the opportunity to participate in some key HR projects and processess that drive our HR strategic roadmap like Wellbeing, Employee Engagement and Management Enablement.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a recent graduate with a passion for people, is eager to learn and take the first steps in a career at Barco.
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently.
• Do you work accurately and are you continuously looking to improve?
• Do you enjoy bringing structure and following up on tasks to bring them to a good end?
• Are you keen to work with and for all the regions in a multi-cultural context?
