IT Operations Engineer

Location: 

Kortrijk, BE

We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague in our IT division located in Kortrijk, Belgium.

 

Technical Requirements

 

  • First line analysis using logs and various platforms
  • Experienced Office 365
  • Windows/Linux PC installations using different tools automations
  • Preferably knowledge over ITIL ServiceDesk ticketing processes
  • Mindset towards security processes
  • Experience with  Active Directory,  Azure, PowerShell, Intune, Defender, Exchange
  • IOS/Android  device Support
  • Support and troubleshoot for systems running on Windows and Linux operating system
  • Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking technologies
  • At least 2 years of experience on a similar position

  • Willing to learn and share knowledge with the team
  • Team spirit
