IT team Manager SAP

“As such we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Team Leader to join our IT team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of SAP professionals, ensuring the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP modules. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a broad scope.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the SAP team, providing guidance, mentorship and support the growth of the team (members) towards more incremental, predictive and qualitive delivery.
•    Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems and modules, guarding the long term maintainability.
•    Identify and evaluate business and technology risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
•    Help implement a clean core strategy   based on industry best practices and a fit to standard mindset,
•    Manage the in house delivery project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully, scope management plays a crucial role in this. For external projects closely collaborate with the program management team to ensure early and sufficient involvement towards the internal team.
•    Further shape the team in the changing SAP landscape ensuring both from a skillset and mindset we are ready for the future.
•    Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent through experience.
•    Strong knowledge of various SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, and HR.
•    Experience with SAP integration, data migration, and system upgrades.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Considered a plus:
•    Experience with SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, BTP, clean core concepts. 
•    Understanding of ABAP programming and SAP Basis administration
•    Familiarity with IT4IT framework and agile delivery
•    Experience in driving workshops and blueprint sessions.
